Delivery

Delivery is FREE Australia wide for orders over $250.00 inc. GST. For orders under $250.00 inc. GST delivery is $15.00 Australia wide.

Painters Connected will dispatch your order asap . If a product becomes out of stock prior to packing your order you will be notified by telephone or email to determine if you want the rest of the order dispatched.

Orders from within Australia are currently shipped via Australia Post.

Terms and conditions of delivery by Australia Post vary from time to time.

There are many places to which Australia Post has conditional delivery. If you are not available to sign on delivery, or other Australia Post conditions apply, your order will be delivered to an Australia Post outlet for your collection. Australia Post is contracted with us to advise you when and where parcels are available for collection. This is usually in the form of a card in your mailbox.

If an order is lost in transit, we will not dispatch a replacement order until reasonable tracking attempts have been made. Replacement items will be dispatched according to our discretion.
